Frequently Asked Questions

Is this programme only for executives?

No. The programme is designed for anyone with 5+ years of leadership experience who's ready for deep personal work. Mid-level leaders, entrepreneurs, and emerging executives all benefit from this approach.

Do I need prior experience with psychology or shadow work?

No. All concepts are introduced and guided throughout. The only prerequisite is openness to inner work and willingness to face uncomfortable truths about yourself.

Can my organisation sponsor multiple leaders?

Yes. We offer organisational cohorts for leadership teams and volume pricing for groups of 5+ participants. Contact us to discuss custom options.

What are the logistics?

Individual coaching sessions and workshops are virtual, conducted during European business hours. The closing retreat is in-person in Hungary (2 days). Individual requests for in-person coaching can occasionally be accommodated.

How is this different from therapy?

This is leadership development, not therapy. While we use psychological frameworks (Jung, Adler), the focus is on enhancing your leadership capacity, not treating mental health conditions.

What AI tools do I need?

Any conversational AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). We provide guidance on effective prompts and practices. Basic familiarity is helpful but not required.
